How long does it take to onboard?
It depends on how many products and customers you have to start with. If you're an established business transferring from another system then it can take more time to get all the details right. But if you're starting from scratch the you can be up and running in a couple of weeks.
Can I get my data out if I want to leave?
Yes. All your customer, product and trading data is safely recorded and privately stored for you. You can request a full data export at any time.
Is there a minimum commitment of time?
There is no minimum time commitment. You can stop at any time and you'll only be charged up until the day that you cease trading.
Is there a tiered pricing option?
2.5% up to £20,000 per month, 2% from £20,000 to £40,000 p.m. 1.5% from £40,000 to £80,000 p.m. 1.25% from £80,000 to £160,000 p.m. 0.75% from £160,000 p.m. and above.
